Have you ever wondered how to cre8 your own special effects? Have you asked yourself how big film studios create theirs? In this live course we’ll look behind the scenes and find out about green screen and cloning effects, explosions and flying saucers. Ready for some awesome effects? Let’s cre8 them together!

Here’s what you will learn:

• The basics of green screen effects
• How to work with the substitution splice
• Applying split screen and masking effects
• Adding b-roll footage
• Using perspective as an effect tool
• Cre8ing in-camera transitions

Suitable for kids and teens aged 10 to 15.

If you have no or only very little experience in filmmaking, then this course won’t be suitable for you. Please join first the Cre8 Your First Film course. Don’t worry about missing this one for now, all live courses take place a few times per year.

4 live sessions, 60 minutes each:

The course will take place on the 13th, 20th, 27th September, 4th October at 5pm GMT (12pm New York; 5pm London, Dublin, Lisbon; 6pm Berlin, Paris, Madrid; 8pm Dubai)

All live sessions will take place on Zoom. Students will receive the session link prior to the course.
