In my interactive workshop, you will learn about the fascinating Japanese concept of ‘Ikigai’ and find out why it’s worth getting up every morning.
In about 2 1/2 hours, we will explore the four circles of Ikigai together:

This workshop is an introduction to the Japanese Ikigai concept. Teens who want to dive deeper can then attend the four-week online course ‘My Ikigai: Where Passion Meets Purpose’.
